That Little Place is a cool little cafe in the suburbia of Mount Gravatt East. It has a good industrial vibe AND it caters well to young children. There’s good options for little kids: mini cupcakes, milkshakes and more.
Great service as I spilt some water on the table / chair / floor and it was cheerfully cleaned with no fuss.
As usual, I’m not a coffee person but it seems pretty good and popular with the locals.
Pram Access: smaller prams could fit inside, otherwise enough room outside.
High Chairs: a couple of the usual IKEA variety, clean.
Changing: unfortunately there aren’t any changing facilities. The cafe strip is amongst a residential area so I couldn’t tell you where to go.
For the toilet, there is a separate toilet block outside, and one of the toilets is managed by the cafe. It’s very well maintained though in an old block. Just grab the key, walk through the storage area out the back door past the bins.
Tip: Though my bub sleeps very well with noise and she didn’t wake up. You may want to sit outside where it’s quieter. They do open their sliding window though so the noise isn’t too bad inside.
A really nice cafe and particularly accommodating for young kids. Will definitely keep in mind for when bub is older!
If only there were cafes like this closer to where I live!
